Neka in a dress. An old suggestion that lived free in the deepest part of my brain:

Neka in the longest, fluffiest, frilly dress I can find in town (why? WHY NOT?!).

It may not be the MOST fluffy dress, but I like the result 😍

PS: there is an alt-version with free shoulders.
