Kawa-V respects your privacy.

What I collect and how I use the information I collect

Log Data may include information such as a User’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile device identifier, browser type, operating system, the time spent on the site, search terms, the links on our Services on which a User clicked, how often Users click on the advertisements and which areas of our Site are the most popular and other statistics.

We also collect certain information that your mobile device sends when you use the Site, including user settings, the operating system, as well as information about your use of our Services. We use this information to administer the Services and we analyze this information to improve and enhance the Services by expanding their features and functionality and tailoring them to our Users’ needs and preferences, and to make recommendations. Kawa-V does not share your PI with third parties.

Information Shared with Advertisers. I may share aggregated information and non-identifying information that I collect with third party advertisers (like AdSense).

Information Shared with Third Parties. I may share aggregated information and non-identifying information with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other similar purposes (like Analitycs).

Information Disclosed for the Protection and the Protection of Others. I will disclose PI when required by law.

Information I Disclose with Your Consent or at Your Request. I will share your PI with third-party websites or platforms, such as social networking sites, if you have expressly requested that I do so.

Your Profile Page

When you create an Account, you have the option of checking a box to tell me that you do not want me to send you my email newsletter.

Please note that when you create an Account, your profile page will display your Account user name and certain statistics regarding your own use of the Services, including but not limited to, the date you became an Account holder.

Any information or content that you post on comments section will be publicly accessible by Users so please exercise your good judgment before you post. The name you choose when creating your Account is visible to all Users of the Site. You may use the tools I make available via the Site to make decisions about what information about you, including PI, will be visible on your profile page. Please note Accounts can be created either by individuals or companies.

Even if you choose not to receive information from me, I reserve the right to communicate with you on matters I consider especially important.

Making changes

You may review your PI by logging in and navigating to your Settings page on the website. Once there, you may modify information that is incorrect and delete certain information from your profile. You can also change your permission settings for us to send you e-mail newsletters.

To delete your PI, you must manually change your data fields to null values. Please note that some information associated with you cannot be deleted.

Security

I take reasonable measures to protect the information that we collect from you or about you (including your PI). Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, I cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.

International Transfers

Your PI may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.

Children’s Information

This site contains images (NSFW) and is not accessible for minors (+18). I reserve the right to expel those who break this rule.

Updates

Any information that we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the information is collected by me. However, I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If I update this Privacy Policy, I will notify you of significant changes by sending notice to the email address specified in your Account or by posting notice of such changes on the Sites. Ultimate Member provides you with forms for user registration, login and profiles. Via these forms you are collecting personal data from your users. You should include in your privacy policy what personal data is captured when someone submits/fills in one of the forms, why you collect it and what you do with this data and how long you keep it.

How long we retain your data: Registered user information is retained in your website’s database indefinitely. Data can be exported or removed upon users request via the existing WordPress data exporter or eraser. If syncing data to a 3rd party service (e.g Mailchimp via our MailChimp extension), data is retained there until unsubscribed or deleted.

Where we send your data: Ultimate Member does not send any user data outside of your site by default. If you have extended the functionality of the plugin (e.g sending registered user data to MailChimp via our MailChimp extension, this user info may be passed to these external services. These services may be located abroad and outwith the EU.

Patreon features in this website

In order to enable you to use this website with Patreon services, we save certain functionally important Patreon information about you in this website if you log in with Patreon.

These include your Patreon user id, Patreon username, your first, last names and your vanity name. Additionally, the id of your campaign at Patreon and your campaign’s Patreon URL are also saved.

If you request that your data be deleted from this website, this data will also be deleted and Patreon functionality will not work. You would need to register on this website and log in to this website with Patreon again in order to re-populate this data and have Patreon functionality working again.
